Technical Details & Plan FAQ

Frequently asked technical questions regarding resource isolation, NVMe storage benchmarks, and promo code conditions for this plan.

ArchivedWhy is this server no longer available for new orders?

This plan belongs to a previous hardware generation (G11 or G12) and has been superseded by Generation 12.5 powered by AMD EPYC 9645 (Zen 5 Turin). Existing contracts continue running at their legacy pricing. For new deployments, order the modern successor plan to benefit from DDR5 ECC RAM and up to +78% higher single-core throughput.

MigrationHow do I migrate my workload from this legacy plan to Gen 12.5?

Because Gen 12.5 instances reside on physically newer hardware clusters, order the successor instance first using an active promo code. Migrate your databases and services, repoint DNS records, and then submit cancellation for your legacy server inside CCP effective at the end of its term.
